Ingredients:
- ½ cup of long grain rice
- 3 cups of lukewarm water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of natural vanilla extract
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1 cup of evaporated skim milk
Preparation Method:
- Using a strainer, rinse the rice with cold water 2 or 3 times.
- Blend the rice with water and let it stand for 2 hours or overnight.
- Blend the above ingredients with cinnamon and strain, squeezing very well over the strainer.
- Add vanilla, ice, and evaporated milk. Sweeten to taste and serve.
